Customer Call Back Instructions on RQ
STEPS:
Customers -> Reports-> Call Back Reports-> Select Locations-> choose date (Month to Date or Last Month) -> Click Run Reports -> Click invoice # -> Copy the tracking number (phone number) -> Remember the customer name and close the invoice, minimize call back report which will take you back to customer search -> in search bar paste the phone number -> open the right customer account -> customer profile will appear and click in ACTIVITIES -> click on NEW ACTIVITIES -> on activity type select call - outbound -> on description type "call back" -> on enter details type in conversation details and when finished make sure ASSIGNED TO is under YOUR NAME -> SAVE
